Get in while the mango-getting is good! Tropical fruit are
great this time of year, and make a nice addition to any fruit smoothie. 

Ingredients:

One mango, peeled and quartered
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
100ml orange juice
100ml Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup of ice

Blend for 30 seconds, makes 400ml: 268 calories, 6g protein,
32g carbohydrate, 6g fat.

  1. Your recipe for a smoothie contains a Peruvian mango. If this indeed is from Peru, don`t you think a fruit from New Zealand or Australia would be more appropriate considering the carbon footprint standing on the drink?
