Nutritious and refreshing, this simple blend packs just enough bite to shake off winter ills.

Ingredients:
2 granny smith apples
1 orange
1 small lemon
1 kiwifruit, peeled

Juice the orange, lemon and apples. Add whole kiwifruit and blend for 30 seconds. Makes 500ml

215 calories, 3g fat, 3g protein, 42g carbohydrate.
